Your cart is empty.Industry Standard Base Rail Adapter Rail Adapter for 3" Lift Kit. Some newer trucks that have deeper beds need additional height on the hitch plate to clear the fender side walls. PullRite's 3 Lift Kit simply attaches to the SuperRails or Universal Rails in the bed of the truck, and raises the hitch 3 providing more clearance for the truck fender sidewalls.

The 4409 base rail adapter allowed me to use my older (non-ISR) Pullrite 4100 Superglide hitch on my new RAM 2500. I mounted it using Pullrite’s 2336 ISR rail kit. The overall height off the bed ended up being 18in which was actually approximately an inch lower than if I had purchased a new Pullrite 2700 ISR hitch. Apparently the new Pullrite ISR hitches are taller than the older non-ISR ones. The rail adapter worked great, no issues, and no noticeable slop or “banging” when used to pull a 15K fifth wheel.

Adapter mounted perfectly. However, there wasn't any nuts to connect the adapter together. Contacted Pullrite and they send the nuts and pins to connect this adapter to an adapter to truck puck system. Very pleased with Pullrite adapter. Haven't pulled the trailer yet.

Product works great. The box came half open not all the bolts were there and UPS delivered it four days late made us miss our whole weeks vacation

Adapter works perfect after being put together but the box was missing all of the hardware and the instructions. Ended up having to run to the hardware store and buy my own bolts to assemble it.

Product was what I needed, description was correct. 5 starWhen I received the box from FED EX it had been taped up and the hardware (8 bolts and nuts) where gone😡. Spent $20.00 on hardware. This is why I gave it 2 star

I`m not sure what the other people are talking about but my rails fit as they should and the seller was on the ball on the delivery part. With these adapter rails sometimes you have to re align the base rails in your truck to the new adapter by loosening the base rail mount bolts until the adapter drops in then retighten the bolts. The machine tolerances are very close on both parts so a slight misalignment will prevent them from dropping in.Just sayin.
