The frame is put together with screws and one of the frames did not have a drilled hole for screw, so entire cart is not supported. And yes it is put together correctly. Very flimsy product!

This rolls under my desk for extra file storage. Easily put together. The wheels don't roll as smoothly as I would like - almost seem like they are partially locked, but I have checked all the wheels and they are unlocked. I would have liked both the top and bottom slides to hold a few more files than they actually do as it would have be even more useful.

I picked this file folder carrier because I thought it had a welded frame instead of using screws to hold it together. The pictures are deceptive in that they do not show the screws. But, in fact, it must be put together with screws and is very lightweight.I do not think it is worth the money. I could have picked another one for $10 cheaper but ruled it out because it showed screws. So definitely not worth the money.Additional disappointing features include how easily it tips forward when opening the bottom slide out and how little it holds, about a Bankers Box worth of file folders.

This is the perfect height for my workspace, I have no drawer space to hang files and this is the absolute perfect solution. My counter height in lower than normal and the rolling file rack fits perfectly

This rolling cart is perfect for my needs. It arrived with one of the holes not punched out on the stand so I exchanged the order for the same thing. The same hole came in not punched out again. With a little muscle, it was easy to punch out, I just didn't realize it! Don't do what I did! This cart is GREAT!

This filing storage cart is well made and holds alot of folders. This is my second one purchased as it fits under my desk nicely. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this to replace a on the floor file box. I thought it would hold more files that I keep my recipes in.Even tough I tossed some recipes, it barely held what I had. The bottom drawer is not easy to get to the back files, and often tips the file holder over when open too far. Just wished that it was a bit deeper and held more.
