Total Garbage! The top comes off every time I pour.It take a while for the pitcher to fill, waiting for the water to filter through. In fairness that does seem to be common for these type water filtration pitchers. But if there is any water in the top part and I pour, the entire lid comes off spilling water everywhere. I had a different brand before decided to change it up just see if the filters were much different or the waiting to filter through was any better. Ugh, I wis I had just bought my previous one again. The top on that one fit snuggly and never fell off. I think I am done with pitchers that filter my water. I am going to look into a system for under my sink.

I use this Pur 7 cup for filling my Keurig coffee maker upstairs. It is easy to pour from and see how much water is in the reservoir and easy to fill. There are lights on the top of the pitcher that tell you when to change out the filter. I found that using filtered water extends the life of my Keurigs so I have a Pur pitcher in the kitchen as well as this one upstairs.

Easy to use. A little slow but not too bad, just plan ahead. Not good if you need a couple of quarts in a hurry but I use it for drinking water in a 1br apartment for one person and it works well. Didn't want to take up valuable space under the sink for filters since it is a small kitchen. Just don't try to pour water immediately after filling since it will spill. Get in the habit of filling right after pouring to allow time to filter. Filters seem a bit expensive if you follow the recommendation but I will probably extend the life of the filters.

Great filter. Only issue I have with it is that it takes forever to fill up. Other than that, you can taste the difference. The filtered water is a lot lighter and softer compared to the tap water in my house which has a heavy feeling to it when you drink it.

I bought the Pur pitcher because of its superior water filtering. I bought it to replace a round Brita pitcher I'd had for years. It looks beautiful. It has good capacity. But it is a poor design compared to the Brita. You add water to the top, the water goes through the bottom of the pitcher. But if there is any unfiltered water in the top -- and you pour it -- the unfiltered water comes out. Also the top falls off. I have learned to wait until the water TOTALLY filters through before pouring -- and to hold my hand on the top so the lid doesn't fall off. The water tastes great. Thanks.

This is the second PUR 7 cup pitcher I've purchased. I only bought this as my first one basically was looking rather worn out, but.still filtering water just fine. After exploring other water filtering options with reviews and learning through a few acquaintances experiences with other brands and their drawbacks, decided the PUR was the simplest and most economical of the bunch and tastes great, even if you don't change the filter right away. I noticed with the new version of this pitcher is that it dribbles a little after a pour. I'm not sure why; if it is because they added a little cover flap over the pour spout which is a good thing or if it is just a poor pour spout design. However this is of little concern as the benefits out way this little flaw in my point of view. But as a side note, I also noticed it does not always dribble, if you pour it just right., who knew there is a right and wrong way to pour?

Muy buenos resultados en filtrado de agua. Queda cristalina y sin sabores particulares, tarda relativamente poco en filtrar y fácil de usar.No tengo manera de revisar la filtración de lo que prometen, sin embargo las certificaciones parecen avalarlo.

Pros: It filters lead, the water tastes great, my LED sensor works perfectly, filters are a decent price, and it filters water really quietly.Cons: The only con I have is a big one. THE LID! It is so annoying. It does not snap on, just sits on top. Every time you pour water you have to hold the back part of the lid with your finger to keep it from falling off. Even then, every so often we will tilt it just a little too far and the whole lid will completely fall off with water spilling everywhere. Why not just fix this simple design flaw by making sure the lid snaps on?!
