Dog loves it, very soft material. Velcro to attach, ours was a little big but we were able to customize it with the sewing machine!

This is the cutest lil outfit for any sports fan. I love the fact that I got it way cheaper then I ever seen them at any dog show. It is lightweight and thin material but it is well constructed.
