I was excited to try this bamboo duvet insert, and overall, it feels luxuriously soft and has great construction with secure loops to keep it in place. Disappointed by this heavyweight duvet comforter insert in queen. It is much heavier and flatter than expected and is not breathable. Do not recommend for those who are use to bedding which is made of natural fibers only. By incorporating polyester into the filling this heavyweight duvet comforter insert feels stuffy, humid, and unpleasant.Greatly appreciate the excellently placed and sewn ties and loops which 1) make fitting it into a duvet cover an absolute breeze, and 2) ensure the insert stays in place.Care-wise: washes alone in a large capacity front-loading washer without issue. But takes well over 90 minutes to dry on warm; and does not dry on the recommended setting of cold.

Just follow the instructions on how to fluff up the inside puffy contents before you insert the duvet into the cover. My thought on bamboo: just as soft as cotton and its touch is luxurious. As for inserting into the cover, I had zero difficulty doing the insertion on the carpeting of the bedroom. This duvet was outstanding as was the cover; both were from the same Amazon vendor.. Great value for under $100.
