Product is water tight from the roof and offers great protection from the elements. Product is shipped in separate boxes and one of the boxes didn’t show up with the rest (fed ex issue- not company). However when I contacted the company they tracked down the information and were extremely helpful. Would recommend product and company to anyone!

I did receive all pieces for the gazebo considering everything arrives in 3 boxes. It looks great when put together. However, I did have several items that were bent in the box. We made do with the items.

Lovely Gazebo! It took about a day to get up and it covers all of our patio furniture. Customer Service was amazing.

Love the size of this. Even better than we thought when we actually got it. Fairly easy to put together and really nice quality. The company was great to work with throughout the process. Attaching a couple of pictures… We started just using it as is, and then my husband repurposed a deck we were taking down to build on it to make a great outdoor kitchen area.

It is not easily assembled , it took my husband and I 10 hours on Saturday , and 2 hours on Sunday .We love it , it is very sturdy .Please take your time to read the directions . We missed a few things . Too many screws !

The product was receive in great shape, do to the excellent packaging. The instructions were quite clear to understand. It took about 4 hours to construct, following the instructions as best we could. Although we did discover it was somewhat confusing and difficult to complete the top (smaller) cover section. Parts just didn't fit exactly as described. With a little ingenuity we managed to complete the task. So a bit frustrating, but really not a problem. The lower (main) cover build was simple and straight forward. Just before completion we noticed that parts were missing. The part didn't appear to be critical, as they were just 4 small joint connection covers. Once we completed the build I emailed Purple Leaf Support and described the issue. To my almost unbelief, they responded within 24-hours, apologies for the missing parts, and said they would send out replacements. My initial feeling was, oh boy let's see if they really follow-up. Well to my surprise, not only did they follow-up, they shipped the parts asap, and I received them with 72 hours. Now that may seem like a lot of time, but they were shipped from China. Amazing. So bottom-line, 1) I'm loving the Grill Gazebo 2) the price was great 3) the service was absolutely excellent 4) I can in good faith "Highly recommend" Purple Leaf and the product I purchased.
