I picked up this push up board to help me stay consistent with workouts at home and it’s been way better than I expected. I’m a bigger guy and even though the board is made of plastic, it holds my weight (240) just fine. No bending or cracking and the handles lock in solid without any wobble. The real win for me is how easy it is on the wrists. I’ve got a wrist injury and regular push ups with palms flat on the ground are rough. These handles keep my wrists in a neutral position and take the pressure off, so I can actually knock out sets without pain. Makes a big difference if joint issues have been holding you back. The color coded holes are nice for targeting different muscle groups and it’s all pretty straightforward. When you’re done, it folds up and the handles tuck inside so it stores clean without taking up much space. If you’re looking for a simple, joint friendly way to keep your push ups in check while trying other variations of push ups, this does the job.

This is an interesting push-up board where you can hold your hands at different angles and hold the handles. It has storage and the top has colors to show you where to place in the handles. The handles are nicer than the floor for push-ups because they don't bend the wrist in the same way. When you have pain caused by bending the hands back, having these handles is a game changer. Advertised at 220 pounds and the plastic does seem sturdy enough to hold up.

This push-up training board is just ok.Its best use I can find is to give you basically a map of where and at which angle to hold your hands to target different muscle groups. But it's a crude map because its dimensions are fixed despite everyone's proportions being a bit different and I, at least, measure hand placement for push-ups based on my shoulder width. There's really very little that this can do beyond that and it's certainly not worth the space that it takes up that hands only push-ups would take up. Even push-up handles or hex shaped free weights would work just fine instead.Speaking of space, it does fold up nicely and the handles can be stored inside the folded board. It doesn't click closed to ensure it stays together when you pick it up and move it to where you need it though, so that's a bit of a design flaw there.I bumped up my star rating to 2 because it feels a little flimsy at first but after using it a bit, I think it would hold a pretty decent amount of weight on it without any issues.

I recently received this color-coded push-up board, and it’s been a game-changer for my home workouts. The different slot options make it super easy to target . I also love that it folds up for easy storage, which is perfect for smaller spaces. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build upper body strength at home!

Much lighter than I expected, but feels study enough that it's not going to break. Handles are easy to move in between the different positions. Board folds up which is nice for storage purposes. Pretty simple product, so there's not a whole lot that can go wrong here. My one gripe would be that the handles are not very comfortable when putting weight on them. I feel like even a thin layer of padding on the handles would make this product WAY better. But for the price, I cannot complain. It's simple yet effective.

I feel like this is going to cause some family fights. I set this up to try out, and my husband and daughter immediately jumped on it. It will clearly be a family favorite, and I can only hope to get my own turns! Anyway, it's a really cool concept. The top has a colored map that tells you what each section works (back, shoulders, chest, triceps). The handles move easily in and out of the sections but don't come loose while being used. I did two push-ups, and my arms already hurt, so I think it's safe to say that it's effective! I like having the handles because it bothers my hands to be flat on the floor when I do work-outs. The size works for everyone in my family so far, particularly because you can move the handles where you need them. It's easy to use, and I love that it comes with a workout program to try. It's also nice that it folds up for flat storage under my bed. Finally, it seems sturdy and holds up to 220 lbs.

It's a cheaper plastic compared to what a friend of mine had but this had more options. Doing pushups feels sturdy when it's on solid floor/ground but not so much on carpet. Handles don't lock in place so be mindful when picking it up from the handles. Overall not too bad and will highly used at home
