Instruction to inflate:
Open the semicircle inside the air hole by using air-pump to punch.
If many winkles appears, it represents the model is not fully inflated.
Precaution:
Don't give it a second pinch in case air comes out.
Don't over-inflate.
Instruction to deflate:
Pinch the air hole to let the air comes out. Wait till it's fully deflated.
Repair:
There is a PVC sticky patch sent along with the item. You can repair the air valve if it deflates quickly or accidental opening occurs.

This item has a female body with a bulge supposedly to be the penis. It's about a size 2 the toes are pointed. The legs are so skinny that you could not even use it except for me a youth clothing or a women's size 2 and maybe a size 28 waist it's horrible. This definitely does not represent a man's shape. Do not buy it. I would've included a picture, but I deflated it already.
