Whenever my movie comes to a loud or action-packed scene, you can hear a fan on the inside spin up and become incredibly loud. And you pause the movie and the fan goes back to me and quiet... What's the point...

Pros:Inexpensive amppowerfulEasy to useCons:doesn't seem anywhere near 1000w. Id guess 5x100 which is 500wDoesn't support Dolby+, DTS, AC3, so mostly useless for home audioSound quality is just ok. My old Yamaha amp sounds much better

Ladies and Gents, DO NOT BUY THIS! I was hoping to step up my home audio game and thought I could get a good receiver for cheap... well I was so wrong. I bought this and after hooking it up to my Samsung smart TV, audio would play for a few minutes then randomly put itself into "Protection" mode which shuts the unit off, then it resets itself and turns back on, then back into protection. This will keep repeating until you ultimately unplug the thing and contemplate your life decisions on why you're such a penny pincher. Genuinely the very next day I put it right back into it's box and shipped it back. Not worth the time, money, nor hassle. Good luck if you do buy this.

Easy set up and sounds awesome. A must buy.. yes power light is very bright and distracting but as other reviews say... a piece of tape took care of that issue

So the stereo sounds great but that's because I have two powered subwoofers and eight and then 11 in or a 10 in and they make the sound full it says it has over a thousand Watts but I haven't blasted I don't want to ruin it already I haven't had much luck with pile stereos about a sound bar then add parts that weren't working about a stereo from power before this one that parts of it weren't working such as the USB plastic music and the SD card music player and the equalizer buttons didn't work either I don't know why I keep buying pile but so far the stereo has done right by me and I don't see it going bad but that's usually how it starts

Sounds great, easy to setup and use, good looking well made unit. The only negative is the Power / Standby button is REAL bright blue and pulsating. Problem solved with a bit of black tape.
