It took me a while before I could figure out how to get the TV part of this working! There is no mention of how to charge the battery, or how long the battery will last once it is recharged. If you don't have the antennae hooked up to it then you're lucky to get 3 channels. I bought this for when our power goes off, and I think I have it figured out. It does have a very nice picture, and it appears that it will work just fine when I need it. I did manage to get over 12 channels.

I bought this little TV for my kitchen counter so I could watch the news while cooking dinner. The first TV I bought was from Tyler and it lasted two weeks and then the screen went black! I was hesitant of buying a second one but I took my chances and glad I did. This little TV has a very nice picture but the stand is a little flimsy. I did not use the charger. I just plug mine in the wall. All in all, so far.... its a pretty good little TV and I'm satisfied this time ☺

Received TV to replace an older 7" TV I have had plugged in by my makeup room. It is on Cable connection. I was having issues of just getting signal. After struggling with this for hours, I called looked up Pyle on web. All I could get was a form to send email and someone would get back to me. The site stated they had Online Chat, but again that only would refer me to sending a email and someone would get back to me. After several days, of not hearing from Pyle, I decided to contact Amazon Help. The girl tried to assist me but after 30-40mins to no avail, she stated she would contact Pyle. But it was Sunday so it would be next day. Good luck with that. Anyway sure enough Amazon called me back next day and after Amazon spending 45min on hold (Amazon, not me) she put me through to Pyle. The Pyle assistant did not even try to troubleshoot issue. She just stated she would have to pass my issue up the chain. Or she stated must be something wrong with TV and they would send me a new one. I said there is really nothing wrong with TV, I just need someone that knows about how to just show me what button or plug I need to punch in. I said, you mean to tell me Amazon held on for 45min for you and you can not even troubleshoot issue. I said just forget it I will be sending this TV back, not because of the TV, but because of the non existence of any help with your produce in a timely fashion.

Pros: Reasonable viewing angle, the remote actually does something the first time you click it. Somewhat better sensitivity on weaker channels (still using an amplified roof antenna, but in the DC area getting 53 channels). Manual is much better to explain the functions, sound is typical for a small TV but not cheezy like the two I just returned. Good picture. Power supply design is friendly to older power strips, not getting too warm.Cons: Assembly of the stand was just a bit tricky, but it only took a minute

Bought the 9in model and I installed it in a RV. I used Command Hook Velco Strips to mount is since it only weighs a pound or two.LIKES:- Can be used while boondocking since it has an internal battery although the battery is only good for an hour or two.- Lightweight so I could attach it to a cabinet door without damage.- Adequate tv tuner. I can pick up 32 channels in my house using the supplied antenna and 54 channels using the rv amplified antenna. I am 20 miles outside of a mid sized city.- Decent sound quality. Internal stereo speakers with great range that can go almost silent to quit loud.- Accessories. All the accessories needed to hook up, receive channels, and power on AC and DC.- USB and Sim Card comparable so you can watch movies on removable media.- Price. For the price it cannot be beat.DISLIKES:- Picture quality. When viewed from a downward angle the picture is darkened. Needs to be viewed at a direct angle for best picture quality.- Low battery life. Although I did not test this, I hear it is only good for an hour or two.- Antenna connector uses a supplied adapter that seems like it makes a sloppy connection. Seems to work fine though.- No HDMI input.I would buy it again although I might consider the 10in model for the slightly better picture resolution.

FANTASTIC PICTURE - This tv picks up all the digital - air and modulated channels. NORMAL COAX STANDARD USA CONNECTION!!! Some of these small tv's are actually made for pal/European format which have a very atypical connection for US install. They require a different coax then in the us that is BNC - even when you get the required connection they still are vastly inferior with a very poor scratchy picture. NOT THIS LITTLE UNIT IT WORKS NORMAL AND SUPERIOR TO OTHERS I TRIED. Milanix MX10 10" Portable Widescreen WAS OK-Eyoyo 12 inch HDMI Small TV Monitor - I WANTED THIS TO WORK - BUT HAS A EURO BNC COAX CONNECTION - NICE LOOKING - JUST DID NOT WORK AS WELL AS PYLE TV - IT HAD A VERY POOR PICTURE.I purchased 3 of the 10" pyle tv's and one 15" FANTASTIC PRODUCT.
