This is PERFECT for my grandson and I couldn’t believe how fast it came! It has everything! Guitar picks x2, a strap, a tuner, extra strings and a case. I would HIGHLY recommend this for your budding guitarist and sis I mention how fast the delivery was? I did, I know, but wow! 😃

There is a GR code provided for lessons, but once the app is downloaded you can not access the lessons. Reached out for support, haven’t heard back.

Very pleased with this guitar that is very well made. It includes the truss and truss adjustment that stabilizes the neck against the stretch of the guitar strings, so that it holds its tune. It is a musical instrument - not a frustrating toy for a beginning learner. The included tuner works for all of the notes. This was not so for a competitor we purchased and returned since it was poorly made and didn't hold a tune at all!) I ordered replacement strings from a music store, since another reviewer suggested that. But, so far we are happy with the strings that it came with. After buying the cheaper one, I delved further into research for a child's guitar and found this was recommended by a true guitar manufacturer. A big brand name was twice the cost or more, which wasn't reasonable for what may be a passing interest for our grandchild. It is not a small "parlor" guitar for an adult, but has the smaller neck and fret length for small child's hands. Very nice tone given the small size. We have not used the online lessons, since we will let our son set that up but that's a nice extra.

I got the 30 inch guitar to take on vacation.First off, the action is set too high, even for a steel string player like me. I don't know how a beginner or child would be able to finger the chords as it came set up. I found some vids about adjusting the nut, so I removed the little plastic nut and sanded it down by about 2 mm. I put it back in and retuned and it's SO MUCH easier to form chords now. This is a cheap, throw-around guitar, so I don't care about changing to a bone nut or anything.Because the guitar is smaller, the frets are much closer, so adult male fingers will have to cram into a smaller space. Not much you can do to the guitar to fix this, just get used to the smaller space. It is about the spacing you would get at about the 5th fret, but with the neck width of the 1st fret.I can't tell if the frets are molded into the fret board or are actual frets, but the ends aren't snaggy or sharp. There is an edge to the actual fretboard where it meets the neck, but it's not sharp and could probably be sanded down if it bothers me enough. The strings went out of tune almost immediately the night I got the guitar, but with constant retuning the first few days and setting the 3 nylon strings (G B E) a full step higher overnight, I think I've stretched them out far enough to only require a little retuning 5 days later. The supplied nylon bag will be no protection, even for carry-on, so I'm getting a padded bag made for baritone ukulele. Hopefully it will fit.The digital tuner has not worked for me. I already have a clip on tuner that works, and you can always use the Guitar Tuna app.Overall, I think this was a good deal, especially if you know what you need to do to make it more playable. Now I can't wait play Margaritaville on the beach.

My daughter just turned 9 on may 31st and one thing she asked for her birthday was if I could get her a guitar, there wasn’t even a second guess as to if I woul or not. I am beyond thrilled that she wanted to learn how to play guitar. I picked my first one up when I was 13 yrs old so I’m happy she wants her own guitar. This guitar was definitely worth the price, not too expensive either and it comes with so much as well as 2 months of free beginners courses so perfect for any kid or small adult. I highly recommend this guitar and brand. You also get a 1 year warranty once you register your guitar on their website.

We purchased this to see if our 5 year old would stick with guitar before buying a more expensive instrument. This is decent enough for what we purchased it for. If you care about quality this is not for you. Parts of the guitar were dinged and paint scratched off sound is not great but good enough if you’re testing out a new learners interest. THERE IS NO MUSIC CLASS SUBSCRIPTION! I partially ordered this guitar over a slightly cheaper one because that is what they advertised. When I went to redeem my subscription they told me it’s actually a $40.00 coupon and can only be used once - that means you can only purchase ONE lesson. If the lesson costs less than 40.00 the balance of the money is forfeited by you. So if you take a $2.00 group lesson you lose the rest of the $38.00. This is not a two month music lesson subscription by any means. When I confronted the company about it showing the flyer that came with the guitar they did not respond back.

What a beautiful guitar. Craftsmanship is beautiful perfect size for my 6 years old. The tuning is a bit tricky at first since the nylon need to be stretched out so I will hold the correct sound but once it's done you are all set. Can't wait for him to open it up on christmas morning and start playing with dad.
