I am very pleased with it's quality, etc. I bought it as a starter guitar for my 9 year old grandson.I didn't realize I was signing up for a music channel, or whatever. I can't figure out how to cancel this service. Can you help me? Don't sign up for the music service. I don't know how to cancel it. I don't want to pay each month for something I don't use. I thought it was lessons for the guitar, being I was buying a guitar. I thought it was 2 months of introductory lessons. I can't find a way to cancel this. The guitar is very nice and my grandson is very excited to learn how to play. I would recommend the guitar for a beginner that is in elementary school. I liked the price too.

The guitar is great the strap is a little weird but over it’s fine. The case is practically paper, the zipper broke putting the guitar in it. So that was just a waste.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my 11 year old grandson. It is well constructed and perfectly sized for a child. Great purchase.

This guitar looks nice enough, and might be a good beginner kid’s guitar if it were playable. The particular one I received plays dead on the E, A and D strings down frets 1-3 then buzzes several frets past that. The low E string, open, buzzes all the way to the 12th fret.Took it to a guitar shop and they said a setup “might work” but could not guarantee it because of the build of the guitar. That fee was $75, which of course is more than the whole guitar. Guess I’ll pony up the extra for an Ibanez or Yamaha or something.

My grandson is advancing tremendously in his guitar lessons. He dis his first recital within weeks of starting the instrument.
