Installed this on my 1970 C10 and it required a bit of workThere are no instructions, they do have some pictures on their site you can look at.I had to trim the X-pipe and mid-pipe to bring the pipes closer together (attached pic shows the right side done, left side is unmodified)To make it fit a 70 C10, you have to run the pipes under the trailing arm pivot point, then install the mufflers sideways to raise the over-axle section.The mufflers included were offset/center, but I needed offset/offset to raise it high enough for axle clearance. Might not be an issue with a non-lowered C10 (mine is 4" lower)I also had to buy a couple more clamps, the ones in the kit don't clamp very well and the U-bolt isn't long enough to get the nuts on when you're using one of the hangers.The tailpipes aren't mirrored, so the exhaust exits at different distances/angles behind the tires, so I'll need to modify them to make them evenIf I had to do it again, I'd still buy it, but it would be the kit without mufflers.
