Tight around the neck. The reflective bands are not elastic like the shirt and are constraining. Literally the most uncomfortable work shirt I’ve ever tried on. Waste of money.

Bought for son-Crane Rigger. He likes the fit. They are light weight. Material is thin and reflective. Keeps him cool. Have bought more.

I love the shirt and I don't have to wear my vest anymore As a mechanic the bottom black half helps a lot so you don't get your shirt I stain soak In oil diesel fuel gear oil transmission fluid hydraulic fluid grease 30 weight 50 weight I mean that the fluid list goes on and the top half is still bright yellow with minimal stains
