Received this and set it up today. Haven’t officially quilted on it yet but wanted to give some insight into the setup/getting started process (and cost). I purchased the bundle with the 8’ Queen QZone frame.Setup time : the frame and machine each have their own manuals and following the steps in each takes about 4-4.5 hours for one person. I was able to do it all on my own without assistance, but it would have been useful in a few steps to have a third hand 🖐️ the instructions are VERY easy to follow with multiple pictures for more intricate steps. What this bundle includes: 16x Elite Machine, selected Frame with carriage (read the description of which bundle you’re purchasing), top and bottom encoders, Channel Locks, starter thread and pre-wound bobbins (Finesse brand), Fabri-Fast system for loading fabric, front bar fabric clips (long, 4 total, BONUS!), Grace bungee clamps (4), all the tools you need for installation. What this bundle DOESN'T include: leader cloth set, castor wheels for the frame to roll, table inserts to utilize pantographs, laser or stylus for pantographs, rulers or the ruler base.It was unclear to me when I purchased what all would be included, so I thought those sections would be helpful. Especially since purchasing all of the items in the doesn’t include list would be another $1,000 investment.I’m really looking forward to getting to start quilting on this machine! Moving from a singer heavy duty to a long arm will be an adjustment but a fun journey!Happy quilting!
