Besides for the more expensive known brand, this is my favorite so far out of the two off brand I have used. Sound quality is great, and speakers are loud. The microphone picks up by voice clearly. My wife says the clarity is good on the receiving end. Can be a little confusing with all the inputs but once I got familiar with all the buttons and inputs, it was "simple" from then on.Battery life is great. Last a long time before I needed to charge it. Commuting an hour a day and listening to music, I would probably say I needed to charge after a week. Honestly, I could probably go two weeks. Listening to music is pleasant compared to the other one I had. It isn't amazing but it's great for a motorcycle headset.I have had good connectivity so far. No real issue with mesh system; although, I only used it once for a group ride and another brief ride with my wife in tow. Something that I didn't expect to use or like was the FM radio feature. Listening to talk radio in morning during commute is kind of nice. A little static here and there but good for what it is. My only gripe is that the antenna can be hard to flip up.Overall, I like it. Looks great. The rubberized texture is really nice. Buttons work fine and gets more intuitive the more I use it. Two thumbs up!

Set-up is fairly straightforward as most. Plug this here, use 3m tape there, use masking tape there, etc. Instructions were very well except it got a little fuzzy with the Firmware Upgrade.Where the interesting part comes in, the same outlet used for the speakers/mic is the same outlet everything is. So you unhook everything and detach from helmet to charge, kinda funky to have your helmet at your desk or on the kitchen counter to charge. Versus having the main module only.The speakers were large compared to other brands I have used.They were loud but they were not clear, now (which might be me) the Firmware Update seemed to help with quality but not impressed compared to other brands I have used.I do not have anyone I could use to validate or confirm the quality of the Mesh Tech, but with the bluetooth, phone calls, I was not impressed. Microphone picks up a lot of the wind and outside noises. And my helmet doesnโt have deep pockets for such speakers.But the one button makes it way easier. When wearing gloves, it is very frustrating trying to find a specific but or switch when your sense of touch has been compromised with gloves. Especially for those that have lost some sense already from natural causes.All in all, a full face helmet, deep pocket speaker, and not wanting to mesh or make phone calls, BUT listen to music and have the comfort of knowing you can make or receive calls, it is a reasonable buy.and what's up with speed dating??

This motorcycle helmet intercom came with; two speakers with velcro backs, two microphones, one for a full face and the other one has a adjustable metal neck for a 3/4 helmet, charging cable, velcro stickers and two ways to mount to a helmet, either clip on or stick on. I mounted it to a Torc T1 helmet via the sticky clip as I couldn't get the clip on one to fit over the helmet. The sticky mount seems to stick very well, I don't expect it to come loose and it has a kinda of dove tail that one can remove the intercom from. I found it to work well when riding but it is pretty easy to pop the intercom off of the dove tail mount when setting the helmet down. There isn't a lot of room for the speakers in my helmet, so in order for my ears to not be squished by the speakers, I had to remove the ear muffs off of them. With the muffs off they fit great. The audio quality is quite good, not high end headset good but better than most earbuds. It has good bass and has good, clear audio that works well with rock or electronic music. The audio is very loud, to the point that I have to wear ear plugs on the lowest audio level. One reason is that the speakers are very close to my ears due to the lack of room in my helmet, so it might be different depending on the helmet but either way these are very loud. I tried the FM radio function and it seems to work well and I wasn't able to test the intercom functionality since this is the only intercom that I own. All in all, I am pleased with this intercom set and if you have found other intercoms to be too quiet, then this one is definitely a great option.

This is a top quality headset in my onion. I have tried these from over a half dozen brands and price points, including a really high dollar one. This set just plain works, is easy to set up, and easy to learn to control, even with gloves on. The sound is as good as any intercom headset I have tried, and it gets really loud, louder than even my one that costs hundreds of dollars each. The battery life is good, and it recharges in less than 2 hours for me. Installation is standard for these units, and it is just as comfortable as any others, which In reality is much more dependent on the helmet it goes in, and how good you are at patiently finding the right position for it, than it is dependant on the headset. I had no problem getting this to connect to, and mesh with other brands headsets with the mesh feature, and the distance it would communicate over was great. It has music sharing between a driver and passenger, and I love that feature, it makes riding two up much more fun. I think this is an outstanding value for the money, and I can very much recommend it!
