These pants are lightweight, comfortable, and true to size. My child loves the baggy fit and gathered ankles, making them a favorite for everyday wear. They’re easy to slip on and off, which is great for school or sports. While the fabric is on the thinner side, they still provide some wind resistance and work well for in-between weather—not too hot or too cold. The black color matches the photos, and they’ve held up well through multiple washes. If your child prefers a looser fit, sizing up is fine, but otherwise, stick to their usual size. Overall, a great pair of casual, swishy pants!

The description is all over the place it says they are thin (yes, they are), that they are "baggy sweatpants" (baggy, yes -- sweatpants, no), and that they are "hip-hop pants" (I guess, whatever those are). The key word is "thin". One fall, and the knees will be gone.They are true to size. My granddaughter is between a 5 and 6 and a size 6 is just a bit big on her, as are most size 6. But with the elastic waist and cinch legs, she can wear them now and it'll be while before she outgrows them (longer than the knees will last, most likely).
