If you're looking for a clacking fan, this is it. It's a quality fan, with quality materials. I've dropped it a few times and it's still functional. The blue color is really pretty and the handle has a nice shine. Get you one. Priced great.

Yes! This is a CLAK fan! Big sound and opens easily...great for line dancing!! The price is reasonably priced under $10, better in comparison to what I've seen.

This fan is a good, large size and is a cute pink color. It "pops" open with a satisfying clack noise, and feels sturdy enough to last several seasons. I know a lot of young people use these in the clubs, but I take it anywhere when I think I might be outside or in the sun. Sporting events, concerts, whatever. Nice to have to keep cool.

Honestly, this fan is nothing special. The thing that bothered me about it is that the boning is flimsy. It feels like the screw needs to be tighter or something, but that's not quite it. If you intend to use this for real fanning, its too malleable. It doesn't hold its shape well when swinging it around and it feels like its doing a wave? Its hard to explain, but if you've used a good sturdy fan you'll understand the difference between that and one that is made for clacking. Also the material of the webbing is not great. Simple synthetic and thin, it works, but its nothing to write home about. Not pretty enough to be decorative and not sturdy enough to be functional. It will do for my purposes because I needed it to match an outfit, but otherwise I will not be reaching for this one often.

I got these for the boys, they absolutely love playing with this. This fan absolutely makes a super loud clap sound. We saw this used in a martial arts demonstration and they wanted to try. They absolutely got the hang of it, along with daddy, too! This is actually fun and also pretty loud. The material is a satin type material and it has lasted through hundreds of claps by now.
