Do not buy this if you are looking for something to sift powdered sugar. You will get about a cup done before everything clogs up and doesn't work anymore. Don't know how it works with flour.

Looks nice, has a good capacity but the function is definitely lacking. The handle operation is clunky and not smooth at all.It's pretty inexpensive and feels that way. It's ok if you don't use, or need a sifter very often. If a sifter is a big part of your baking then look for a higher quality item

This sifter doesn't sift that well and it's a lot of work getting it to actually sift when I squeeze the handle. The flour only comes out a little bit when I'm squeezing the handle and some times not at all because the spring on the handle sticks. It's lightweight and is easy to clean.

The handle on the 3 cup sifter is so sharp I have sliced my fingers open on it twice. 😫The 1st time was when I was cleaning it to use it and then I cut a different finger using it. Well, 'using it' is really a misstatement, because it worked so poorly that I gave up trying to sift flour with only 2 cut fingers to show for it. Also, like in the customer picture in another review, mine rusted after the first washing, even though I left it out on the drying mat to air dry overnight. Save your money & your fingers!!!
