the only thing is I wish the brackets were wider, it only fits in one spot in the cage. Otherwise its the perfect size for a guinea pig, super easy to clean, and very easy to remove (my piggy quickly learned how to remove it himself)

The clamp is totally different than shown in the pictures. The bowl sits inside a wire frame rather than being attached to the clamp.

I use this for a pet rat and it works great. It's pretty small, but holds plenty for 2 rats and I like that they can't tip it or move it around. I originally bought it because they always had bedding in their food and I naively thought that if i elevated it they'd keep it tidy. Apparently they prefer the bedding in the food because now they carry it up the cage to put in the dish. They're odd little animals, but it isn't the bowl's fault. The metal is easy to fill/clean and they can't chew it up.

I use these in my small parrots’ cages because they love to bathe in their water bowls. Stainless steel is easy to clean to keep the birds healthy. I wish I could buy replacement bowls without the mounting bracket, because it’s always handy to have spares. I just bought two per cage. The bracket mounts easily and stays put.

I modify these for use with my aviary. Breaking out the bolt isn't easy, but once that's done I screw it directly into the wood of the structure. These are a perfect size for Finches to bathe and eat in. Easy to remove and wash.
