This Part number fan fit my older Quadra fire Sante Fe perfectly. be very careful with the included gasket mine fell apart when I took the fan out of the box. I used some High Temp RTV and sealed it in. Heaven help me if I ever have to remove it. I watched several videos on how to change it out and it was fairly easy.

Other then the gasket being in three pieces the unit was a match in both form and function. Gasket was glued back together with Hi-temp gasket material to make it work.

It looks very similar to what was on my QuadraFire 1200i. I've had it for 11 years and it's at least 14 years old. This is the first time I've replaced it so it could be the original. The new one feels maybe just slightly lighter. Its much quieter than the original, but then it had a bearing going bad so even a squealing cat would have sounded quieter. When activated, it slowly spools up, the original seemed to get to speed quicker. I'm not sure it moves air as fast as the original, but it gets the job done.It does come with both male and female connectors, the female are attached to the wires. I did have to cut off the old connectors and replace with the ones provided.It comes with a new fiber gasket. Be careful with it, it can only take so much movement while trying to line things up before it breaksIt's well packaged. It's working and I have heat so it's a good purchase.As a side note, if you have a bearing going out, silicone lube will quiet it for a little while. It's not magic or a fix but it will help until the new one arrives.

It was close to what I needed. The holes on the mounting plate did not line up! Perhaps if it were made in America they might of had a better chance!

It's a lot quieter now, I can hardly hear it running and its in our main living space. The fin design is smaller but seems to work just fine. It took me about an hour to install and I did have to change the plug ends to connect to the factory harness. It has been installed about a week so far and have burned about 5 bags of pellets and it seems to be just as efficient of a burn or better than the factory fan. So far so good.

I purchased this not realizing the current on this motor was half of what's currently in my unit. I installed it and although it does work the drafts a little light and it smokes a bit upon start-up but then its fine. Now keep in mind this is my error and the supplied unit works well.
