Order arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Part was solid and looks like it will last. Hole pattern was not perfectly aligned with previous part but was near enough that it did not make a difference.

This is a very nice draft inducer motor replacement for an older furnace. As BB said in the other review, the ground wire spade terminal is different from the ring terminal on the original, but you can remove the entire wire from the old unit, and screw it on the new one; problem solved. Make sure you have some socket extensions for the screws (mine were 1/4" hex), as they're pretty far back there and hard to reach. Also the connection to the furnace flue uses screws in my case, so I marked the new unit and drilled holes to attach securely.

replaced the induction motor in a 25 y/o Rudd that I'm determined to get maximum life out of..a few years ago main board went bad and even with home insurance plan hvac guy said it was toast and wanted $1200 for updating ductwork although unit would be replaced...probably should've bitten the bullet but I'm cheap so went to university of utube and educated myself and fixed the problem for $75 with a used board off ebay. now several years later induction motor started making a racket and failed within a week. this unit is a replacement and primary difference was the housing was cast metal vs plastic old one and no spot for the safety relay to mount to the housing whi h wasn't necessary. Fyi it DID come with the felt liner which you definitely need. long story short I had it connected with working heat within 30 mins. Needless to say I'm thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend seller. I did pay an extra $9 for express shipping but I got it within 4 days and had heat back on the same day it arrived.
