It was smaller than expected. When I received it the item was broken. It would cost me more to return the item for a refund or exchange wasn’t worth it.

This tree topper is pretty heavy for its size...and way too heavy for my 4-foot tree. When I put it on the top branch, it didn't stay upright...not even a little. Even when I folded the branch in half (and then in thirds), the topper was too heavy and bent over backwards. The branches on a small tree just can't support it. I have no idea what sorcery they're working in the product photos to make it work on such a tiny little tree, but...my much larger 4' tree won't support it. (I wish I'd read reviews beforehand rather than just looking at the star rating, because others are saying the same thing for a 4' tree.) I'm not returning it because it's super cute -- I'll just put it on a shelf as a stand-alone decoration. However, I now have to start looking for a tree topper all over again.
