Overall it's a good mattress but firmness is definitely less than firm as described. It's more like a medium firm. I'm little bit disappointed but not enough to return it.

This is a nice bed, if you’re the only one sleeping on it. Otherwise it is very bouncy. You can feel every movement of the other person.

Don’t waste your money! You’re better off going to a proper mattress store where you can try the mattress in person. With this one, you can feel the springs, it makes noise when you move, and it sinks in way too much.

The only thing I don’t like is the edge of the beds that are supposed to be more supportive, aren’t as firm as I was hoping it would be. Otherwise; good mattress and what I was looking for.
