I ordered the mattress on Tuesday and it arrived on Saturday evening in a long, slim box. I was able to carry it from the front door to my bedroom without much trouble, as it wasn't too heavy. Inside, I found a small booklet with instructions and a tool to help cut through the plastic. Once I placed the mattress on my bed frame, I sliced through two layers of plastic, and the mattress sprang out, pushing me back a few feet! Please cut one layer at a time. Lol 🤣 Thankfully, I wasn't hurt, and it gave me a good laugh. There were no unpleasant odors or stains, and the bed springs were silent. It fits my queen bed frame perfectly. The only downside is that the description states it's 10 inches thick, but it seems more like 9 inches, so there's a slight discrepancy. However, it's incredibly comfortable and offers just the right amount of firmness for support. Plus, I must say, the price was excellent... the shipping was pretty fast. I'm really impressed and very satisfied!

The quality of this mattress is very good. After using it for a while, I feel that it is very cost-effective. This is one of the most satisfying mattresses I have ever purchased! The 10-inch thickness makes the mattress look very textured, and the design of the memory foam and independent pocket springs makes the mattress soft and supportive. I can feel the comfort it brings every time I lie down, especially the support for my waist is very good. I used to have some lower back pain, and after using this mattress, I felt that the pain was significantly reduced and my sleep became deeper. The medium firmness of the mattress is very suitable for me and relieves my stress perfectly. The quality is very good and the packaging is also very good. There is no odor after unpacking, and it returns to shape quickly. Highly recommended!
