The clamp rotates in 45 degree increments to mount to tower tubing at virtually any angle. Included is a quick release hand knob that can remove the rack from clamp in under 15 seconds. . Restocking Fee: ($68.69) when you send their junk back!The parts don't even line up. I finally forced the rack and clamp together and no matter what I did the rack would rotate and spin into my tower.The rubber guards were falling off before I even tried to install it!No instructions included.

Have a monster tower rack and needed this quick. No local boat dealers had any. This works great, adjusts to most angles of the tower bars and fits a thick board. Plenty of extra bungee strap if you need it.

Seems like a nice rack, but I have 2 complaints:1) the cord is too long, so I have to get creative with how I wrap it to keep my boards secure.2) I can't get the rack level. One set of holes tilts the front of the boards up in the air. The very next set points them down toward the water.

Easy to install. The chrome looks great with our boat. We will take the boat out this weekend with attachments. Looking forward to seeing how they hold up over the weekend and summer!
