I had to trim the plastic on my 2024 maverick x3 for this thing to fit correctly. All done and it looks and works well.

Instructions did not say you had to remove the seats to loosen the side covers from the cup holder, and 2 of the mounting tabs either were welded on wrong or were bent somehow and I had to adjust them to make it fit right.

I like having the ability to shift into reverse from Hi or Lo without having to look down. This is an excellent upgrade that makes shifting easier, especially when wearing a helmet and have limited range of motion.Install is very easy, just remove a couple console panels, screws and it's done in less than 30 minutes. Shifting is easier and hopefully I won't ever need to use it to get myself out of a bad situation.For those that don't know, these shifter gates give you the ability to shift into reverse immediately without having to look down. This is key in saving yourself from rolling over backwards when hill climbing. If you start to roll backwards, shift into reverse and give it some gas. This all has to be done relatively quick so, practice if possible.

This is pretty heavy duty construction. Very wellade,good quality metal. Has a nice texture finish. Easy to install.

Works great for me. I really like having easy access to forward and reverse in hi or low. Plowing snow or on the rocks having access to both is very helpful.

I like the fact that you can quickly shift from low to reverse or high to reverse in situations when you need to perform this gear change when you don’t have time to look down and find reverse. In technical situations, this is the perfect unit to quickly get you out of trouble.
