I visited some friends who claimed to have many mosquitoes at dawn and dusk. I never saw any mosquitoes, however, one day we sat outside during sunset and shortly after. Of course, I decided to apply some on my ankles. I did not get one bite, and my friend got several bites all up and down her legs. The smell isn’t too strong and I was able to handle the scent.

Kept this in my pocket while traveling in costa Tricia. Non- offensive scent and effective for everyday activities, though I used Deet for wilderness adventure activities.
