This is a cute repellent and smells nice if you like citronella. If you do not like that smell, then I recommend you pass. It's a soft stick and rubs on smoothly and as long as you close the lid it will not dry out. It's packaged well and the carboard application tube it very sturdy. Now, if the mosquitoes LOVE you, this will not work, but for others it will. Perhaps, it's a blood type thing, but for the price, it would be a good thing to purchase for a BBQ to offer it to guests as an alternative to those sprays with harsher chemicals.

Worked great for the skitos on a trip to Costa Rica. It didn't have an awful smell and it was easy to use.

Great alternative to deet products. When I get bitten by mosquitos, I come up in welts, so repellent is important to me! I still get the occasional bite when I use this, but considerable less than without repellent at all. I have yet to find a spray that works 100%, so I’ll give it 4 starts. But it does the job

Okay, I am one of those who gets eaten alive within seconds of going outside. I always joke that I could be in the middle of Antartica and mosquitoes would probably still manage to find me. I took a chance and bought one of these, not expecting much. Well, I just bought another one, because it actually gave me some protection. Granted, I had to use almost the entire tube in one go, so I do need to find a bucket of this stuff. I am a 5’5 female and weigh around 145-150lbs, so keep that in mind if you’re taller because one of these may only be good enough for your arms and/or legs. Also, if you’re like me, you likely also know that it’s not 100% full proof, but rather than having 100 bites, I only had around 3. That is huge for me.

This stuff gets the job done and is definitely travel sized, but I received it 3 days ago, I have only used it about 3 times on my whole body (not shared with anyone else) and it’s already almost out. It’s okay for a weekend trip, but definitely not a longer vacation. I was just really surprised because I thought for sure there would be more product. However, it does smell great, works well, and is plant based, but just very overpriced for what you’re getting.

Bought this for my trip to Mexico. This stuff worked wonders! I am a bug magnet and this really helped. I hardly had any bites! Even my kids were liking it. My only issue with it is when my older sons used it on their legs, clumps would get stuck in their leg hair. They just rubbed it in and it was fine but then the stick wasn’t even. It messes with me ocd lolThe smell wasn’t too strong. I would definitely buy again.

Got 8 bites in an hour during the eclipse. Bought a couple products from Amazon and am getting very good results. This has a strong lemony scent. It twists up to roll on. Don’t do what I did and twist too high. I was merrily rolling a leg and the exposed part popped off! It is soft so I was able to squish it back on but that could have been bad. Effective product.

When I was visiting Pennsylvania about two months ago there were so many mosquitoes in the area and I just wasn’t prepared for the attack. When I get back to my hotel room I had many mosquito bites all around my ankle and on my feet and I’m allergic to histamine. So I skeptically purchased this balm. The smell is pleasantly strong but not overbearing and Rubs on smoothly, it’s not too oily and I haven’t been eaten alive so much when I returned there.Also this balm helped with the itchy. This is a miracle balm.
