Items were well packaged and shipped safely. They arrived earlier than expected without a scratch with definitely recommend and if a need will definitely buy again Great job. I was originally hesitant to buy after some of the reviews I read but I can definitely say their packaging and shipping issues have definitely been resolved.

This company obviously has no idea that glass is fragile. One condenser was just thrown in a tube with no bubble wrap, the other had a small amount but was still able to bounce all around. This is hands down the worst packaging job I have ever seen as far as glassware goes.ALSO, one of the condensers artists to have already been used, as it has hard water build up on the bottom outlet. Are they sending returns back to other customers? The craftsmanship is also pretty bad/uneven on the outlets, they look they would probably leak (not round).
