I replaced the complete AC system in my 2001 2500HD myself and wanted to charge the AC myself.This pump and gauge set were priced perfect for me.I watched a few videos online and it was simple to pull a vacuum on the AC system and just as easy to recharge it.Ac is not as complicated as II have always assumed it was.This pump and gauges feel well made and gave me no issues.I am happy with this kit and I would. buy it again.5 STARS

I've been working on automotive AC systems for years with similar syle basic equipment like this. I knew I needed a set for 1234 that couldn't be shared with other refrigerants so I grabbed this one. It's the same kind of quality of vacuum pump I bought off of amazon a good 15-20 years ago that is still going strong for R12 and R134a. The gauges seems fine and the hoses arr MUCH nicer than most I'd expect to get with a set like this. Very flexible and rubbery, not just hard vinly that keeps memory and is difficult to work with.

"Doing my own AC work saves money so I grabbed this kit for my truck's system. The vacuum pump worked great pulled a real strong vacuum down below 500 microns pretty quickly according to the gauges. The manifold gauge set felt solid connected easily with the included adapters for R1234yf. Having the leak detector included was nice bonus peace of mind. Seems like a decent kit for DIY auto AC repairs.
