Love there springs! I replace my 2004 Yamaha R1 stock progressive springs with these. There were a night and day difference!I've owned the bike for over 12 years and always lacked confidence to push the bike in the turns. The factory spring rate was too soft to provide any feel or feedback. This spring along with the recommended rear Racetech spring gave me so much confidence, that on my first track day I was dragging knee and had no chicken strips.A recommendation for anyone that is doing to change springs. Get the spring compression tool. I had my forks parapet 2 time. The first time way without the tool. It took me about 30-45 mins to get the spring out. The second time was with the tool and I had the spring out in less that 5 minutes.

Drastically improved the handling of my 2009 Triumph Speed Triple over the stock progressive springs.

These were a direct replacement for my 2013 FZ8 front fork springs. I went to racetech.com and did the spring weight calculator and came up with these for my weight and riding style. Quality looks top notch! After reassembling my forks, I could feel a very definitive and positive change. The springs had proper rebound, not all spongy and bouncy like before. They provided a bunch of spacers, which I needed none, since these springs were actually 1/8 inch longer than the stock springs. I was able to pull out some preload and they measured for sag perfectly (30mm) all the way out. Adjusting the sag in for my preference around 35mm was just a turn in on preload.I was able to easily tune my compression damping and rebound settings within spec and my personal preference in minutes. Great upgrade for any bike. Just check out their site to find the ones that are for your weight. One of the best upgrades I've made to my bike!

Took the bike from ponderous to nearly nimble . . . much closer to an FJR.

Definitely a worthwhile upgrade! I'm 200lbs on a 2013 R1 and these were just the ticket.
