I live and ski in Colorado and I have multiple skis for various conditions. I use this product every time to prep my skis before I go skiing. My wife and I typically get out and on to the slopes over 25 times a year. I have had no problems with this kit and I highly recommend the kit. It is durable, solid, and it does what it is supposed to do. The clamps are solid, the iron heats up immediately and stays at the temperature rating I dial in the iron at. The files are solid and have lasted two years without any trouble. I highly recommend.
