I absolutely love this pot, I have one at my beach house, and bought another one for home. I use them all of the time for steaming and boiling. I bought my sister one for a gift, band she loves it and uses it all of the time. Perfect size for cooking for one or 2 people. It's too bad that they aren't available any more as I would be bbuying more for gifts!

a steamer insert and pot combo with a non-stick pot, and finding one proved difficult. I was thrilled to discover this Rachel Ray product, which is of excellent quality. Since buying it, I’ve used it nearly every night to steam vegetables for my partner and me, as I find steamed vegetables not only healthier but also tastier than those cooked other ways. (Pro tip: use walnut oil instead of olive oil, along with onion powder, salt, and pepper — it will make your vegetables taste amazing!)One night, I accidentally tried to steam vegetables without adding water, which burned the bottom of the pot. I immediately bought a replacement because I couldn’t go without it! My only wish is that this product came in a larger size to use when cooking for parties. I did purchase a bigger steamer-pot combo for gatherings, but its holes are too large and the quality doesn’t compare to the Rachel Ray steamer.

UPDATE YEAR LATER:The paint on the outside of the pot has started to wear off. We had bought two of these because we loved the first one so much, but the second one's paint not only started to peel from the outside, but the inside coating also started to peel and come off. This was so disappointing. Our family works in restaurants so they know how to care for different pots and pans of all sorts so we knew not to use any abrasive sponges or detergents with Rachel Ray's line as it's not designed for that. But we wouldn't recommend this. It's expensive for not lasting very long. Loved it initially but not anymore after the easy wear and tear..................................This pot is perfect for heating up or cooking small portions. I love that it comes with a steamer basket so it makes cooking baby/toddler food very efficient. The nonstick is great. The paint on the outside scratches easily so a little bummed about that.

I love the size, the quality, the easy-grip & temp. safe handles, the color options, and the amount of water that can be used for the steamer insert. No more worries of running your pot dry while you're trying to steam your food!I love this pot and even my husband, who remarks on very little, loves this set! He thinks it's beautiful too.

Love the product. Size is perfect for the 2 of us. If you have a larger family and need to steam veggies for more than 4 people , I would say probably not quiet big enough. Love the colour too !

I eat whole foods daily, among those are lots of vegetables. This holds a large amount of veggies and I've been able to make enough to feed three people at a time. I could probably fit more in there depending on what types of veggies. The bottom portion can be used to cook grains, pasta, beans, potatoes, etc. You can steam veggies while boiling something else in the bottom like pasta or potatoes. It's very nice looking and easy to clean. It's well made and seems very durable.I use it on a daily basis. I've used the steam basket to cook, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, mushrooms, bell peppers, mediterranean style hard cooked eggs, and will likely ad more to the list.I highly recommend this Cucina multi-pot. I love the agave blue color too!
