I love VP Racing fuel jugs...they make life so much easier. The hose and cap fit my jugs fine and there are no leaks. The hose bender creates just the right angle to dispense fuels easily. It also comes complete with o-ring, cap, hose, filter and spout cap.All in all, this set-up is a nice convenience and adds to the utility of my VP Racing jugs.

In the high-speed world of racing, the durability and functionality of equipment are paramount, especially when it comes to fueling our race car. That's where the UASAM Filler Hose steps in as a reliable replacement for the aging hoses of our VP Racing fuel jugs.Key Features and Benefits:The UASAM Filler Hose isn't just a replacement; it's an upgrade. It comes with a comprehensive upper assembly and thoughtful additions that enhance its utility. The inclusion of a plug is a real plus, allowing for the hose's removal during transport. This not only makes the jug more compact but also prevents any unnecessary spillage or exposure. Furthermore, the innovative 45-degree angle attachment offers a practical solution for more efficient fueling, ensuring the fuel reaches its destination without the mess or hassle.Points of Consideration:However, there's an element of this product that invites scrutiny—the filter. Unlike the original wire mesh filters found in VP hoses, the UASAM utilizes a plastic grid. While this design choice doesn't immediately hinder performance, its impact on the product's longevity remains to be seen. It's a detail that we'll be monitoring closely, as the rigorous demands of racing require equipment that can withstand the test of time and use.Overall Impression:Despite this point of caution, the UASAM Filler Hose presents a formidable option for those in need of a replacement. It fits seamlessly with multiple jug types, including VP Racing, Jegs, LC2, and Scribner fuel jugs, underscoring its versatility. The hose performs its duties admirably, coupled with a price point that aligns well with its value proposition. In summary, the UASAM Filler Hose is a commendable choice for racing enthusiasts looking to maintain their equipment without compromise. It brings to the table enhancements that address both convenience and efficiency, albeit with a lingering question about the durability of its filter component. As it stands, this product earns a solid four-star rating, offering a promising solution with a note to observe its long-term performance.

Bought this awhile back for filling my bike and snowmobile up at home, went to top the tank off today and with zero pressure on the spout a piece broke off and fell right into the tank. So there is no longevity in the materials used at all, just to warn others before the same thing happens to them. Time to go fishing I guess.

I have a knockoff VP Racing fuel jug that I bought from Big-R awhile back. I really like the jug, but I always struggled with it when using it to fuel things like my weedeater (4-stroke Honda) or lawn mower. What I would do is bend the hose into the opening of the mower and try to pour the gas without it flipping back out and making a mess. This worked 50/50 at best and a lot of times I got gas all over the place.I saw this angled filler hose and ordered it immediately. It works exactly how I hoped it would. I used it yesterday to fill up my snowblower and the angle this hose is at made fueling it up easy and mess free. There's also a built in filter in it too to help keep any large debris out of the engine you're fueling.About the only complaint I have is the plastic that attaches to the hose to angle it was a bear to get on. I was hoping I was wasn't going to crack it as I had to use a lot of force to get the hose inside of it. No problems with it cracking though.

Overall, this hose nozzle works well and makes it much easier to add fuel to your vehicles without spilling. The plastic piece that holds the hose in the right position is a little tricky to get on without kinking the hose but not too bad. Don't make the same dumb mistake that I did and wait until you attach the nozzle to the fuel jug before attaching the plastic piece, otherwise it will be impossible to line up properly. I subtracted one star because the flow rate seems pretty slow compared to my other nozzle. Maybe the filter is a little too restrictive, but not sure. Otherwise this is a nice product.

I needed a replacement top for my old vp racing gas jug and this fit perfect!!I really liked the plastic that makes the hose have a bend in it because it was hard before to fill items with having to hold the hose and jug at the same time.It also comes with a cap to keep it sealed and very well made on the hose material.5 stars!!

After years of trying to bend a straight hose into the gas tank opening, I finally replaced the now cracked straight hose with this replacement. The more pliable hose material and nifty plastic attachment allows me to easily place the hose end into that gas tank opening with having to touch the hose. Why did I not buy this replacement hose years ago???

Lid doesn’t have grips for removing. Hose bender already broke.
