Ordered 7 radiators from local auto parts, only 1 fit properly but it came broken( plastic) This all aluminum one is great, fit great sits a little closer to the motor but not a problem. Shroud bolts need to be a little longer due to the nut inserts. I will buy another for my other truck for a spare.

Bottom mounting tab on drivers side had at least a 1/2" gap to body that I had to use shims and had to go purchase a longer bolt. See photo.Also radiator was thicker than stock unit so I had to grind down the top edge of the shroud so that it would clear the alternator pulley.All of that added an additional hour at least, trying to figure out why the gap, grinding the shroud, running to the hardware store to get shims and bolt.

This is a very high quality radiator and fits my 1992 perfect. The only issue is you will need to purchase 4 6m1 bolts about 1" long to install the shroud and best to make the purchase first before you start. Ace Hardware should have them in stock and I used stainless bolts because they will not rust and they match the beautiful aluminum radiator. If you don't want to buy the longer bolts you will need to trim the top edge of the shroud because the top tank sticks back a little more than the stock one. Great price and fast shipper.

This aluminum replacement fit with no issues. This is a three core vs the stock unit that was a two core. The hoses fit with no issues and the radiator cap interchangeably between the stock and new was identical. The workmanship of the welding was good and the packaging of the radiator was excellent. No damage and the fins showed no damage. Replaced the lower hose and upper hose as a preventative maintenance issue along with the correct antifreeze. Overall a good replacement for the money. Did use longer bolts for the plastic shroud, as other review recommended.
