This thing fit right in where the OEM came out. All in all was pretty easy.There were 2 issues though (reason for 4 and not 5 rating):1. The nuts that are spot welded on the mounting flange are different threads than the OEM bolts2. It was a real bugger getting the tranny lines to tighten in so they wouldn't leak; I torqued them so hard I was waitingfor something to break loose, but they finally bottomed out.Now we'll see if it lasts.

Purchased for my 91 Jeep Wrangler and it was a perfect fit and works great. I did have to use smaller fastners for the fan shroud but it was not a problem. It is working great. I had previously purchased an all aluminum radiator that never came, so I was refunded and changed my mind about all aluminum after many reviews revealed so many leakers out there and bad warranties.

I compared my existing radiator to the image of this radiator to make sure it would work before ordering. Came in way earlier than expected. It fit like a glove for my 97 Wrangler TJ. The adapter pieces were a little bit longer than the existing ones, but nothing we couldn't fix. Great price too.

The item was delivered early by 2 days that was awesome and it came in a heavy duty box a little banged up but no damages to the radiator I installed it the next day went on very easy it came with all the connectors and once installed I let run for about 40 min and took my 2000 jeep wrangler 4.0 for a 5 mile ride and when I got back not one drop of coolant no leaks any were I'm very satisfied with this product and would highly recommend it.
