No longer having to remove the bottom radiator hose and lose some antifreeze makes this tool worth it.

We are maintaining our own fleet of trucks[volvo] and we bought it specifically for those radiators, I'm not sure about fitting others trucks radiators. It works with some minimal coolant leaking on the connector. The issue is that is not perfectly snuged onto the radiator drain plug even after we used different o-ring sizes. Is good to have it but is too EXPENSIVE for the poor craftsmanship.
