I use a Jumper radio running OpenTx, which allows me to use different receicers from different manufacturers. The R84 is my go to receiver when I need a simple, affordable receiver for a 2 or 3 channel glider or plane. It is easy to Bind and holds 3 different protocols in its firmware. Range us very good, I have flow my gliders in some locations where I was near the limit of my vision and still well within the range of the receiver.
