It was very sturdy when installed, however, it didn't dampen the shaking as much as I would've liked.Customer service was spot-on though, will keep an eye to do business with them again.

Very durable mounting kit. Now the whole house doesn't shake when I'm hitting the heavy bag. Bracket didn't fit right but I'm sure it will come in handy when I move to a new home or something.
