Your cart is empty. These Rain Bird standard manifold systems come with the reliable Rain Bird 100DVF series valves without flow control.
These are ready-to-install kits that take the hassle out of specifying, configuring and installing quality valve systems. The inlet to the manifold and the outlet of each valve contains an adapter (slip or barb) which is used to provide a connection into and out of the manifold for 1 inch poly piping (barb). This manifold kit comes with 4 valve manifolds and barb inserts. Dura manifolds and fittings are manufactured from schedule 40 construction that is durable with o-ring fittings. O-ring seals are for an easy and tool-less installation. Entire valves can be easily replaced without digging up the valve pit and cutting into the manifold.

Not very robust. Plastic is not heavy enough in critical places, o-rings to small to be effective without over tightening. that leads to cracking. As needed to complete install went to local irrigation store and bought a Dura manifold. Upon comparison the Dura is much more robust (heavier/thicker) in critical connection areas. the o-rings are also much (3x) thicker diameter in mating spots making seal much better with less force. Also, one of the valves (at least so far, only have 4 active zones running out of 8) does not properly shut off. As it has been over a year since I purchased and just installed I'm not going to seek warranty or replacement. I just moved to zone I set up for hose bib (have 4 year old grandson and not leaving water always on was done on purpose). Bottom line; one manifold securing nut at valve cracked, the other "clipped" the very thin o-ring so replaced both with new Dura manifolds and difference was nite and day! Also changed out barb connections with compression style, which made for much cleaner poly pipe install. On a positive note I do like the adjustable flow function of the valves.

Good design in theory but far too many leaks to contend with. Easily strip the plastic treads. Teflon tape and paste helped a little but only a bandaid. Wouldn’t trust this product if you go out of town...may come back to a small lake in your yard and a huge water bill when it breaks.
