Looks like a great raincoat and exactly the high intensity green needed, however the shoulders are so tight that the coat will not fit a man who wears a 2XL. And there is no way, it would button around his chest Extremely disappointed in the sizing.

I am a 4xl, I'm a wheelchair user. I bought this so I could go out in my wheelchair in the rain. It arrived. And it is WAY too small! My friend is between an xl and a 2xl, and it fits him perfectly.
