Esta linda pero gran decepción porque sólo trae el cuadro de la regadera cuando en la descripción anuncia que contiene el brazo, no lo puedo regresar porque lo tengo que llevar asi que compraré el brazo por separado ... eso esta muy chafa

I didn’t realize these rain shower heads could be that different. After my more expensive rain shower head from Gerber blew a seam after 2 years, I picked this one only because Amazon had a same day delivery. But the shower spray between the two is night and day. The spray pattern is more full, and what I can only call softer and more comfortable. Definitely some science behind creating good shower spray.

Needed to find a quick rain showerhead for my master bathroom. This one got here in one day and I was a little skeptical about the price being under $50 but took a shot and it’s worth every penny looks great works great. Small sidenote if you tip it up a little bit after your shower, it will drain much faster as all the water runs down The 12 inch plate to come out faster otherwise just drains a little slower. Not a big deal

Flange is fixed unlike the others that move up the shaft based on how far you need to put in the wall. Had to return but quality seemed good

UPDATE: I was in contact with the seller since the shower arm was not what was advertised. They promptly replied and offered to ship me a new shower arm, but then offered to refund me the cost that it would be to purchase another shower arm since it might be quicker shipping through another seller. I opted to purchase another arm. I was finally able to install the head but it was leaking from both the head connection and wall connection. I pulled it apart several times and reapplied teflon to get the leaking to stop and couldn't. Finally I took the restrictor out and reconnected everything for the 4th time. The wall leaking stopped but the head continues to leak. In addition to that there is no way to tighten the shower head without ripping off the paint. So after the inconvenience of dealing with the incompatible part, and the fact that it leaks after repeated attempted installs, and the paint stripping off so easily, I can't give this shower head more than 3-stars due to the issues. The shower heads does have nice pressure though.The 2 photos ive included show the arm and the flange that i received vs what is advertised on the item description. The one I received does not have threads that are long enough to go through the drywall and therefore impossible to install without purchasing a secondary adapter of some sort. Even then the decorative flange only goes in one spot; there's no way to adjust it depending on the length of what you need. The ADVERTISED arm shows a square decorative flange that can be moved up and down depending on how far you need to go through your drywall to attach the arm to the pipe behind the wall. This is frustrating and wasted over an hour removing the existing shower head and pipe just to find out that this won't work and to have to put everything back together!Reached out to the seller, we will see how they handle this. Happy to update my review based on their intervention and overall result of this install.
