We have it primarily for aviation but it does so much more. We found out about it from a friend, and we obtained one just like it. Then we showed a friend and now we have yet another on the way. Very nice and works pretty good with one hand.

The app and product seem to work fine. Not a bad product for the price, but it is certainly not 1080p as described. Seems 720. Also, I tried applying the 10% off coupon code and it didn't work. I still bought it, but I did contact Amazon and the seller about it, but got no response. If you buy, you may not get much support.

A friend of mine has this and it works great. I bought the same one. I didn’t need it right away so I didn’t check it out. Fast forward to Oct. 2024, I pulled the camera out, and loaded the App. The camera works, but the image is very blurry. I tried pretty much everything to get it to work. Different phones, different Operating Systems, ect.. I just got a bad one. I contacted customer service on the Ralcam website, and even though they said 24 Hours, I’ve never heard back. I’m fully aware that the device is out of warranty, it was my fault for not checking it out immediately upon receiving it, but I would have liked to discuss it with someone, to maybe buy some repair parts or maybe a partial warranty. Just know that you may not get any help from customer service.

I'm both an OR nurse who handles endoscopes on the regular, and a boat mechanic who needed an endoscope for various engine inspection purposes. I did a mechanical survey recently with this one, and was pretty pleased with how well it worked inspecting exhaust injection elbows. Cleans up fairly easily...I do wish the fabric covering the articulation was silicone rubber or similar, and that it turned a tighter u bend, but for the money, hard to beat. Is it everyday pro grade? Probably not, but certainly ok for occasional use. Besides, I can do discount back alley endoscopies for extra cash now! (Kidding...maybe).

Thus thing has been amazing so far. I’m an auto tech and this scope is as good if not better than the big tool truck brands. Only issue I’ve had is it will loose connection occasionally while using it with my I Phone but that’s not very often.
