Absolutely beautiful ceramic ramekins, perfect for creme brulee, potatoes au gratin, and even French onion soup—these are a kitchen essential and wonderful for many dishes. They washed wonderfully in our dishwasher before first use and worked wonderfully for serving various dishes that require the oven. The quality of the ceramic is good, has a nice weight, and really looks professional. They also stack together, which is lovely. The only situation is that I received a mismatched ramekin in my set, but it also looks nice and performs well. So for that, I had to deduct a star. But overall, these are wonderful ramekins that are perfect for a variety of culinary applications. Happy cooking!

Nice set of ramekins. They are slightly larger than standard ramekins but very verisatile in uses. Nice to have in the kitchen.

They are made of white ceramic and have the traditional “pleated” design and wide band at the rim. My husband and I have been on a French onion soup kick this fall; these ramekins hold about 8 ounces. I’ve been taste testing different recipes; put in a slice of my home baked bread, grate a little Gruyère over the soup, pop it under the broiler, and you’ve got a feast.These ramekins hold a generous amount of ingredients; they’re also perfect for dips, sauces, and condiments. So I love being able to stack these ramekins; convenient in my busy and small kitchen. These ramekins are also microwave, dishwasher, and oven safe. They come in a set of six. You’ll be amazed how often you use them. I found myself using these for everything from late night ice cream to morning cereal.These old school, white porcelain ramekins are an excellent bargain at the current price ($14.99 for a set of six). These could be a nice Christmas present of stocking stuffer for the baker in your family or friend group; they could also be a nice hostess present or housewarming gift. Or stock up on a set to use this holiday when entertaining. Nice value at a bargain price; I love the old school charm of a set of ramekins.
