Bumper looks awesome! Super easy to install on a YJ. Didn’t need to drill or anything. Each of the two mounts has 4 holes that line up perfectly with the existing holes in the frame where the old bumper mounted. That being said, there are only the two contact points for the bumper and they are located far left and far right below each of the taillights (highlighted green in last picture). So, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you DO NOT tow any type of trailer with this! The last picture shows the trailer hitch in the center (yellow arrow) and you can see that there’s zero reinforcement or bracing between the two mounting points (red arrow). Also, because there is the cutout in the top bar for the spare tire, the hitch is only attached to the lower 3” tube (red arrow). So if you have any significant weight, or you hit a bump while towing something, that tube will more than likely crumple like a bendy straw. For the price, I knew what I was getting and don’t tow anything. Great cosmetic upgrade!

Bumper looks great on my TJ. You have to drill (4) ½in. holes and the bolts were annoying to put in because they go right up under by the gas tank.

I love this real bumper. It looks amazing on my 2000 TJ. Improved the looked and it is much better than the original bumper. I do not do off roading so it is perfect. The installation is a bit tricky especially on the driver side as there is not much room between the bumper and the gas tank to tighten the nuts. You need a skinny hand or long fingers to do so but other than that, installation is straight forward. Worth the money.

This bumper was easy to install and looked good but the first time I hooked a decent trailer to it the dang thing bent. And I don't mean bent a little...I mean bent to the extent that I had to get someone to come get the trailer and finish the haul for me. Maybe I had a load on it that it wasn't designed to haul but I would have thought it would handle a little more than it did. I have since taken it off and put a Rugged Ridge XRC bumper in its place that looks way better anyway. If you are going to put this on your jeep for looks alone then it may be ok for you but I wouldn't recommend pulling much of anything with it. It might hold up to a cargo hauler inserted in it with a small load on it but pulling a trailer is probably not going to work unless the trailer is very small and you don't put much of anything on it.

bumper looks great and went on fairly easy. Had to make a few adjustments with the mounting brackets to get the bumper flush on my 97 Wrangler, but overall, a simple installation. Bumper looks and feels like it was built to handle light towing, although I haven't tested out the receiver with anything other than a bike rack so far. Great look + great price + easy installation = 100% recommendation from me!
