This stuff is fantastic for cosplay pieces. I needed to build a gold mashmellow head helmet for my son. This yellow didnt shimmer like gold but the color was perfect, so I hit it with a thin layer of gold spray paint ant the combo was perfect. Then the cutting and sewing and building began. If you're sewing by hand this material is very thick and can be hard to sew. Use a thick needle and wear gloves if possible. My fingers were tender after this. But the outcome was just great and I even ordered a second roll to make a matching helmet for me. The material is such good quality we were even able to keep the costume pieces as decorations after wards or can use them again in the future. I will definitely be ordering more of this material for our next projects.

Easy to work with! The color is vibrant, and it holds up well enough for the belt bag I made. I was easily able to both hand sew it with leather cord, and also thin enough to machine sew it in a regular machine. I wouldn’t recommend for a project that is going to be highly strenuous/needs to be SUPER sturdy, but for like 98% of crafts it is perfect. Great deal!

I have purchased this item 3 times in the last few months and it has significantly decreased in size as you can see in the picture. I will still purchase as I love this product, I was just disappointed. I would prefer the old size with a price increase as it worked perfectly for my project.
