Good stock height replacement shocks for the price. If you are lifted over 1.5 and not using extenders these won’t last you’ll need the lifted version

Replaced all 4 shocks on my 96 Dodge Ram and the improvement was immediately noticeable. Other than bilsteins I haven’t had better aftermarket shocks

I replaced my KYB shocks with the Rancho shocks and got a stiffer ride on my 3500 Silverado, good choice.

Bought these for the front and rear, they're super soft. Feels like they're meant for a 3000lb vehicle not a 5400lb one.

Found out hard way on a trip that if you install these with rod down/boot down, you'll bounce all over the road! There is liquid in these shocks...and liquid is on the bottom of the cylinder. When you're ready to install, untie the wire from the rod end and go ahead and let them extend...then cycle them all the way down at least twice(with rod on top). this allows the liquid to distribute appropriately and shocks will perform as you would expect/hope at this point. since the wire is still attached at the bottom of the shock, compress shock and re-tie wire if needed, but not necessary.you'll be happy with them if you install them correctly.

Put them on my 96 ram, really work well. Smooth ride on and off highways and brought the truck back to stock height and ride quality.
