I like the ability to soften the ride in my 2013 F350. Then when I load my slide in camper I can change them for a more stable ride. No problems with mine except I wish the dial detents were a little easier to see, otherwise I would have given them a 5 star.

Good shocks like the adjustability. One if my front shocks didn't extend. I called rancho and the shock needed purged. I haven't noticed a problem with it since. So don't return right away.

If you are buying these shocks for a 2011 Ford F350, DON'T!!! I bought this with the recommended steering stabilizer and am totally disppointed in both products. I realize it is a F350 and doesn't have much of a ride but I expected a little bit better ride and performance than the OEM shocks and stabilizer. Truck has all factory settings and tires, nothing oversized or lifted. I made the mistake of throwing the originals out in the trash. They only had 50,000 miles on them and I wish I had them back. Another note is the shocks do not come with instructions on how to adjust the dampening, is setting 1 the softest or is it 9. Buyer must use trial and error, many road tests and many trips under your truck to make adjustments.

Love the adjustability ! I was skeptical at first . But what a great shock ! I dialed them up and the ride was definitely and off road setting . I had to turn down for every day driving . Have not adjusted for plowing yet , should be awesome !!

I purchased two of these shocks for the rear of my F350. After installing I found that the dial to adjust the pressure on one of them was not working at all (learned to check carefully before installing things next time). Amazon is great about handling replacments and returns, so I asked to return the defective shock and get a replacement. I got one right away, though regrettably the replacement appeared to have been a returned item with the dial only partially working and some dents in it. I don't know if this experience is just blind luck or not, however, I know I learned to check things out carefully before taking the time to install them based on this. The fact that two out of three of the shocks had issues when I received them is troubling to me. At any rate, I would rate these as 3 stars for two reasons: 1) Even with the working dial I can tell no difference in the ride of my pickup, 2) Getting 1 out of 3 that actually worked properly is a quality control issue (actually I should say 1 out of 3 that had a dial that could be turned properly - maybe it really isn't working which would explain why I feel no difference in the ride no matter how I have the shocks adjusted). I can't say if the issue lies with the manufacturer (in Mexico) or with Amazon in sending out returned products when a new order comes in - either way I personally wouldn't buy these again as I'm not impressed with the performance and what I got for the amount they cost.
