I purchased these for my 2010 Suburban 2500 4x4 to better handle the towing of my 29 foot Airstream travel trailer. I'm very happy with the purchase and just completed an 1,800 mile trip from Arizona to Minnesota. The rebound is the most notable improvement over the stock shocks - once you go over a mound or dip, the truck rebounds to level immediately. With a 600+ tongue weight, that wasn't the case with the stock shocks. The other improvement is the increased shock travel at the rear. When towing with the stock shocks, the rears had minimal travel making for a rough and uncomfortable ride when towing. That's all gone now - everything is nice and smooth. I hardly notice the Airstream is behind me. Lastly, the Rancho's help with trailer sway. With my set-up, I don't experience much sway but when I do, I'm glad the Rancho's are there and can definitely tell the difference over the stock shocks. I set the damping adjustment to the max setting and then backed off one notch for both front and rear. This setting works good when I'm not towing too.
